Information & Pricing

 

*The flat fee for a wedding or celebration at The Way Inn is $250.  This includes maintenance of the gardens and grounds, use of Andy’s Auburn, private dressing room with half bath for the wedding party prior to and following the ceremony.  Please pre-arrange for electricity if needed.

*The flat fee for ministering your occasion is $200.  Leslie is ordained through the Universal Life Church and she is happy to work with you to prepare the ceremony of your choice.

*If you wish to use our property for pictures only, the base rate is $200 and is subject to availability.  This rate does not include the photographer.

*The fee for additional guests after the bride, groom, and two attendants is $25 per person not to exceed 20 total in the party.  We want everyone to comfortably move around.

*The deposit required at the time of booking your event is 50%.  This is a non-refundable deposit, however, it will be deducted from your final balance.  In the case of cancellation, this deposit is forfeited.  There may be no exceptions to this policy.  Final payment is due prior to the start of your ceremony.  All major credit cards are accepted.

*The final number of guests who plan on attending your event must be received at least one week in advance.  Additional guests will be charged at the pre-established rate of $25 per person.

 

Innkeeper’s Etiquette

*Ceremonies held outside are subject to inclement weather.  We can suggest a local vendor to assist with appropriate size tents.  These are placed subject to our approval and there may be an additional charge for this service.

*All decorations to our property must be attached or installed in a manner approved by us.  Bird seed and rice may not be used for any ceremonies and only natural flower petals are allowed.  Bubbles are acceptable outside.

*We love music and will assist you in any way possible with this aspect of your event.  As a small community and neighborhood based business, we will carefully work with your chosen musician to monitor the volume of all music.

*The Inn welcomes children to participate in your special day.  Due to our various landscape features that include gardens with statuary and water features, we are concerned for their safety.  Children must be in the presence of their parents and/or guardians at all times.

*For the safety of your guests, the use of the pool is off limits.

*Damage or loss as a result of your event will be billed to the event sponsor who is also responsible for the conduct of all attendees.  The Inn is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to any property belonging to the event participants or guests.
